Hema has been associated with SNA for over 15 years. She assists the principal attorneys in foreign filings work, routine correspondence and foreign filings records. She maintains and updates our foreign filings database. Hema also handles our complete overseas patents renewals portfolio, including docketing, maintaining, monitoring and recording deadlines, following up with clients and foreign associates, updating records and ensuring timely payments of renewals. She also plays a very active role in the firm’s incoming mail room.

Pankaj is a science graduate with majors in physics and chemistry. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law. With 17 years of professional experience, his area of expertise lies in the filing and prosecution of patent applications at the Intellectual Property Office, supervising post-filing and formal matters, advising the clients on legal formalities and maintaining and updating our database and manual records.

A student of economics, Dinesh started his career with Remfry & Sagar, attorneys-at-law, in 1991, and moved to SNA when it was founded in 1998. He is responsible for all aspects of office administration, including receiving and entering incoming mail and supervising our dispatch register, cash flow, banking and payrolls. Dinesh reports directly to the Managing Partner.

Ajay possesses professional experience of over 15 years in IT, accounting, administration and management. He has a master’s degree in computer applications and has worked with USA based corporations like Indigomoon Inc., SAS Inc. and QVC, where he contributed to, among other things, the development of business process management softwares such as enterprise resource planning (ERP). At SNA, Ajay is responsible for all aspects of IT management, accounting, and HR.
